Just 2.5 km from Lille's train stations, the house is located in Mons-en-Baroeul, a small town close to Lille and the two metro lines that make up the Lille metropolitan area. Its location and accessibility make it a practical and comfortable place to live when visiting the capital of Flandres and its region, or when staying in a quiet street with easy parking.
The 59m² of this house is spread over three levels, with two bedrooms and a study/dressing room.

• The entrance hall opens onto the living room, which includes a sofa, two armchairs, a pedestal table, a well-stocked bookcase, a coffee table, an original floor lamp, a television and a WIFI internet connection.
• The kitchen-dining room, on the other side of the central staircase, is fully equipped and practical, with a round table that can be extended to seat four. It includes an oven, microwave, four-ring ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also at your disposal, as well as all the kitchen utensils.
• On the first floor, you'll find the first bedroom with a 160 x 200 queen-size bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, plenty of storage space and a desk.
• The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a bath/shower, a towel warmer, a basket, a wardrobe and a washing machine. Towels, sheets, soap and shampoo are provided.
• A separate toilet adjoins the bathroom on the first floor.
• On the second floor, you'll find the second bedroom, equipped with a standard 140x190 double bed, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers.
• The study-dressing room is also on the second floor, and a wardrobe completes this quiet room.

The house has a charming, regularly tended garden of approx. 60 m², with a south-facing terrace in the afternoon.

A set of household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bathmats and tea towels).
