The house is located in Saint André Lez Lille, a small town close to Lille and its historic district. Its location and accessibility make it a convenient and comfortable place to live for visiting the capital of Flanders and its region or to stay in a quiet street with easy parking.
The 96m² of this house are spread over three levels and three bedrooms:

* the entrance hallway leads to the living room which has a sofa, flat screen TV and WIFI internet connection.
* The dining room welcomes guests around a practical table, in a space of 45m² with the living room
* The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to stay in complete autonomy and according to your desires. It includes an oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A Nespresso machine and tea are also available.
* On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed (160 x 200).
* The bathroom has a large shower and bathtub. Towels, bath sheets, shower gel and shampoo are provided.
* On the second floor you will find the second bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190).
* The third bedroom with a single bed (90x190) is also on the second floor, a wardrobe and a desk complete this quiet room.

The house benefits from a terrace of about 20 m², not overlooked, facing south-west, equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and two chiliennes.

A set of household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels).

Non-smoking accommodation. No pets allowed.

Events, parties, etc. are not allowed in the house.
