Just 4km from the centre of Lille, the house is located in Lambersart, a lively town close to Lille. Its location and accessibility make it a practical and comfortable place to live for visiting the capital of Flanders and its region, or for staying in a quiet street with easy parking.
The 62m² of this house are spread over three levels and three bedrooms:
- The entrance hall/vestiario leads directly into the lounge/living room, which has a sofa, two armchairs, a television, a floor lamp and a WIFI internet connection.
- The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to enjoy your stay as you wish. It includes an oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A coffee machine, toaster, baker and all the kitchen utensils are also at your disposal. You can dine at 6 around the table/bar.
- On the first floor, you'll find a large bedroom with a very comfortable king-size bed (180 x 200) and two large storage cupboards.
- The bathroom has a large shower and bath. Towels, bath sheets, soap and solid shampoo are provided, as is a washing machine.
- On the second floor, you'll find the second and third bedrooms, equipped with standard double beds (140x190), bedside tables, lighting, chests of drawers, a large wardrobe and hanging space, and practical storage units.
The house has a north-facing terrace that is not overlooked, and is equipped with small garden furniture.
A set of household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bathmats and tea towels).
Non-smoking accommodation. Pets welcome.
Events, parties, etc. are not permitted in the house.

- A monthly cleaning is compulsory for stays of more than 30 nights.
